1. General

Collectables Diecast sells digital products only, including but not limited to eBooks, guides, checklists, planners, downloads, and educational content.

Because these are digital products that are made available immediately after purchase, a different return and cancellation policy applies compared to physical products.

2. No right of withdrawal for digital content

Under applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium once delivery has started with the customer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost.

By placing an order with Collectables Diecast and receiving immediate access to the purchased digital product(s), the customer expressly agrees to immediate delivery and acknowledges that they waive their right of withdrawal.

As a result, no cancellation, return, or refund is possible after delivery.

3. No returns or refunds
