Returns and Refund Policy

COLLECTABLES DIECAST

1. General

Collectables Diecast sells digital products and digital content only, including but not limited to online guides, digital manuals, checklists, downloads, planners, and educational content.

Because these are digital products that are made available immediately after purchase, a different returns and withdrawal policy applies compared to physical products.

2. No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Pursuant to Article 6:230p sub g of the Dutch Civil Code, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the statutory right of withdrawal expires for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, provided that:

the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent, and

the consumer has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By placing an order with Collectables Diecast and immediately downloading the digital products or obtaining access to the digital content, the customer expressly consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges that they waive their statutory right of withdrawal.

As a result, there is no right to cancellation or refund after delivery.

3. No Returns or Refunds

Because the products are digitally accessible immediately after purchase and cannot be “returned”, Collectables Diecast does not accept:

Return requests

Cancellations after delivery

Refunds

This applies regardless of whether the product has been fully or partially viewed, downloaded, or used.

4. Technical Issues

If a customer demonstrably cannot access the purchased digital product due to a technical issue on the side of Collectables Diecast, the issue will be resolved free of charge.

5. Liability and Use

The digital products of Collectables Diecast contain educational and informational content about topics including miniature cars, diecast collecting, buying decisions, value assessment, and collecting strategies.

Results may vary per person, situation, and market. No guarantees are given regarding specific increases in value, financial results, purchases, sales, or collecting outcomes.

By purchasing, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to this policy.
